L'attractivité des départements STID - Etude à partir des données APB

Résumé

Le dispositif « Admission Post-Bac » (APB) permet de disposer d'informations sur les voeux des étudiants ayant candidaté dans un des IUT proposant la formation STatistique et Informatique Décisionnelle (STID). Une analyse de ces informations permet de faire ressortir l'attractivité comparée des différents IUT. Cette analyse donne une bonne image des interactions entre IUT et des motivations de candidature des étudiants, qui sont essentiellement géographiques.

Attractivity of STID departments
The "Admission Post-Bac" (APB) process is a semi-automatic process proposed by the french Education Ministry to allocate each student in the good training program. The APB process provides some informations about the preferences given by the students who applied to any Statistic and Business Intelligence training program provided by a Technology Institute (IUT). We propose an analysis of these data in order to see the links between the different IUT and to discover the students motivations to apply, which are mainly geographical.
